What happens when I hit the daily limit?
Daily limits reset automatically every 24 hours. If a project needs more throughput right away, upgrading to Pro unlocks unlimited AI searches instantly without changing your workspace.
Can I pay annually or via invoice?
Pro is available month-to-month on card. For teams rolling out SUMEDIAN broadly, we support annual invoicing and procurement vendor setup through the Enterprise plan—just reach out to sales.
How do you safeguard billing and sourcing data?
We follow SOC 2 controls, enforce encryption in transit and at rest, and scope access through role-based permissions. Enterprise plans add SAML SSO plus dedicated data residency options.
